A healthy quick bite @ Brown Burger Co., Viviana (Veg + NonVeg)

A fairly new joint that has caught my attention at Viviana Mall, Thane was Brown Burger Co.

Brown burger co. Serves succulent, healthy and choicest burgers and snacks varieties for the Indian connoisseurs. The brand takes pride in being the first Indian multigrain burger food chain in the country.
They serve variety of products burgers, pizza, sandwiches, garlic bread everything in healthy brown bread.
Their Dragon burger is something worth trying, a huge burger, almost a size of regular pizza and still didn't feel tired as I normally feel after having heavy meal at any other burger outlets.

They don't have the meal option yet, but they will be coming up with it soon, so its all Ala-carte.

They have 3 choice of breads viz. Wheat bun, Oat + Honey and Multigrain.

I am not a fan of brown bread, but still ordered Dragon burger in Multi grain bun and I must say it tasted delicious!!!

Chipotle Wrap was Hot and Tasty

Peri Peri, I believe McDonalds rules my taste-buds when it comes to peri peri masala, so no competition. It may differ from person to person.

Mint Mojito, its good that the drink was in a small glass with very less quantity. It had the actual mint leaf and lemon in it, but it was tasting like Colgate in the beginning.

Ambiance : Nice for Instagram pics and the Yellow color sitting arrangement is eye catching. Best part is its next to the food court and you have dedicated half enclosed sitting which made it a worthy of my visit.

USP : Brown burger co. Makes use of freshly-baked, multigrain bread that is healthier and easier to digest, making the burgers much more appealing to the masses.

Will I go again to this place ? Yes definitely but try out something new, definitely no mojitos but a normal soft drink would be my preferred choice. They Have separate kitchen for Veg and Non Veg section

Metkut - Culinary heritage of Maharashtra, Thane

I am living in Maharashtra since childhood but never got an opportunity to try the food at an authentic Maharashtrian restaurant. As I don't prefer going to restaurants that serve non-veg food, I have ignored the fact that this can ever be possible. Shiv Sagar, an only pure veg restaurant @ Seawood Grand Central

After a hectic day of shopping at one of the Navi Mumbai's biggest mall, Seawood Grand Central, you at times wish to get pampered, at times wish to get served rather than going to food court and standing in a queue to place order. This time I wanted to try out something different then the food court of this mall. Just next to the Thai spa, there is an entirely different world in the mall. The grand open restaurants, cafes, new game zone (NAMCO), which I haven't noticed prior to lockdown.
