In the outskirt of Sanpada, lies a fine dine restaurant "91 Rosewood Villa"
With the cozy vibes and perfect music, this place is perfect for spending time with friends and family.
Amazing setup, be it a huge group or just couples. They also have roadside facing setup in the porch, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, wine or the tasty food with the fresh air in the evening, while reading a book or discussing your business plan.

The food is delicious with the wide range of dishes which you may not find in other pure vegetarian restaurant. Exceptional presentation of food followed by the perfect blend of taste, is their uniqueness. They don't have any dessert in the menu, as they believe in having fresh chef choice on daily basis. So dessert will always be a surprise from their in house bakery. 

Except the crockery, appreciate everything in the restaurant. They must work on their crockery.

I have visited this place after a long time and every time I find it more alluring. Tea Villa is one of the cafés which has kept its bar high for all the locations. It’s a perfect place to visit with a friend, family, or the love of life. They are excellent in keeping the retro look in their cafe and serving one of the finest quality Tea and food. They have various branches across Mumbai, and every different location has a different but cozy theme. They have kept the environment sophisticated and heart-warming.
